Tvm: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising the first regional Brand Summit 2011 December 09, 2011 at Thiruvananthapuram. The theme of the summit is ‘Branding a new India’. The CII Brand Summit 2011 aims to align with this year's theme of CII, ‘Business for Livelihood’. The summit endeavours to portray the impact and importance of branding on the overall development and growth of business as well as Innovate new ways to reach the consumer.
Navas Meeran, Chairman of Brand Summit 2011 & Vice Chairman, Eastern Group said that the objective of the conclave is to explore, ways to develop, manage and sustain brand value in sophisticated market and leverage topics such as revolutionary online, new media branding strategies and global perspective. The convention will also look at case studies of successful international brand management initiatives and illustrate practical applications of the topics like new age customer, rise of new media, technological advances and how to build a successful brand in a changing world.
The summit will include deliberations by eminent CEO's, Industry Experts, Thought Leaders and Brand Personalities and expected to have more than 200 participants. The one day summit will see industry experts discuss the various aspects related to branding and the strategies required to moot their growth and development. The main areas of focus will include branding vs advertising, new generation branding in India, effectiveness of research & public relations in creating brands, marketing Indian brands abroad, innovation and brand strategy.
CII Brand Summit 2011 will aid businesses to develop and perfect their branding strategies and aid in achievement of Business goals and targets.
