LDRA to conduct specialised Technical Seminar @ Tvm

Bangalore: LDRA, a leading provider of automated software verification, source code analysis and test tools, has announced a series of highly specialised Technical Seminars on delivering Software Quality and Security through Test, Analysis & Requirements Traceability. The seminar at Trivandrum on September 27, 2010, is a part of seven such seminars to be held at six IT hubs across the country.

Talking to Kerala IT News, Shinto Joseph, Director - Operations and Sales, LDRA India said, “Ours is very niche segment and this one day technical seminar will focus on improving the software development lifecycle. We will show how to define, build and maintain best practise programming methodologies at all phases of development”. LDRA provides research and development, front-line sales and technical support to customers in key markets such as aerospace, defence, nuclear, rail, consulting, and education / research, and these seminars are a step in developing quality manpower for such markets.

Participants will learn about Requirements Traceability, Defining and establishing security and quality software practices, Improving the software development lifecycle and Certifying Safety Critical Software (DO-178B / IEC 61508 / CENELEC / FDA processes). The seminar is targeted at Software Managers, Test Managers, Software Engineers & Testers and Tools & Process Group members.
