Paracka Industries to set up IT Incubation Hub at Kalady

Kochi: Paracka Industries, a Kochi based group with interests in various business areas, have announced the launch of an IT Incubation Centre near Kochi. The Parx Tech Incubation Habitat with a built up space of over 15,000 sq. ft. is coming at Kalady, close to the Nedumbassery International Airport.

According to Sebastian Joseph, Project Coordinator, Parx Tech Incubation Habitat, “The Habitat will provide a professional atmosphere for both budding start-ups and established firms to flourish. The centre will offer attractive facilities like uninterrupted power, conference hall, and of course a professional atmosphere to work for IT / ITeS companies in the budding stage, by providing facilities at par with industry standards at affordable cost. The bookings for space have started.”

The Incubation Hub will offer Entrepreneurs space from a minimum of 300 sq. ft. onwards at rents starting from Rs.20 per sq. ft. The rent includes facilities like Electricity charges, power back up, A/c charges and conference hall facility.

This is a new venture by Antony Joseph, Chairman & Managing Director of Parx Tech Incubation Habitat, who has been spearheading the Paracka Industries since 1984. The company has interests in hotel and tourism business near the International Airport apart from Export Oriented Units. He is now getting into IT as it provides great opportunity for the company and for the state. 

The launch of this incubation centre will be the start a new trend of private developers offering incubation space in Kerala.
