JRG Securities launch Inditrade D4D service

Kochi: JRG Securites Ltd. has announced the launch of an interactive voice response system called ‘Inditrade Dial 4 Details (D4D)’ service, to enhance customer service and to help customers profit through technology. This is a free service for their customers.

The customers will be given customer id and telephone identification PIN number using which they can dial a toll free number and get their account related information. They will get information on ledger balance, today’s trade details, day’s bill amount, DP holding list, DP transaction details etc.

In a release, Sanjeev Kumar Gopalakrishnan, Head of Operations & Technology said, “The Inditrade D4D service will help the customers get vital information regarding their accounts round the clock without waiting for any particular person to attend the calls. During discussions with customers, it was found that this service was wanted by many and JRG decided to implement it.”

Inditrade is the brand introduced by JRG Securities Ld to reflect the changes in their retail business which is being remodelled to provide exceptional customer service across the nation. JRG had recently launches Inditrade.com, their online trading platform.
