Technopark gets Phase III rolling

Tvm: Kerala IT has invited applications from private and public companies for leasing 22 acres of land (SEZ and non-SEZ) to IT/ITES companies and IT Infrastructure companies to develop the third phase of Technopark in Kulathur, Trivandrum.


Technopark Phase 3 will be developed over 92 acres of land and will house one of India’s largest IT buildings with a total built up area of one million sq.ft. Support facilities like 110 KV sub-station, water supply system is already operational in this phase and work on land development, campus internal roads, water distribution, Sewage Treatment Plant, canal embankment are in fast progress.

In a release from Kerala IT, Dr. Ajay Kumar IAS, Principal Secretary (IT) said, "IT/ITES industry in Kerala is expanding very fast and I am happy that Technopark Phase 3 development is also progressing at a quick pace. It is imperative we create the necessary infrastructure within the state that will help towards a steady and directed growth of IT/ITES companies.”
