InApp to launch new SBU in US

Tvm: InApp, a leading software services company in Technopark has announced the formation of a new strategic business unit (SBU) in the Seattle area to provide customised business solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The SBU will be headed by M C Jayakrishnan, VP - Development, InApp. The company’s Global Offshore Development Center located in Technopark, Trivandrum will provide Development support while Marketing and Sales support will be extended from the California and North Carolina offices.

The Seattle SBU will focus on providing software services such as development, QA / Testing, Product Maintenance using Microsoft Technologies and others. Using flexible business models and quality systems certified at CMMI Level 5, the SBU will also leverage the development competencies and industry experience of InApp for customer engagements.

In a release, Krishnakumar S Nair, ED, InApp, said, "Our business applications in the Microsoft Technology platform as well as in other platforms continue to gain popularity in the market. Backed by flexible delivery models and many years of experience, we hope to drive growth and leverage the immense opportunities that exist across markets around the world."

Mr. Jayakrishnan added, "This is a strategic initiative from InApp that demonstrates our commitment to the software service industry and articulates the maturity achieved in the various facets of the business such as software development, product maintenance, software testing and support. We will continue to develop innovative solutions and differentiate ourselves by bringing certainty of implementation, leveraging our strong domain capabilities, thereby maximizing efficiencies and minimizing risks for our customers."

InApp is a CMMI Level 5 company founded in Palo Alto, California in 1996 and the operations in Technopark were started in 2000.
