Tvm: Krossark Consulting Services, an IT services, solutions and consulting organisation based in USA with development centres in Technopark, Trivandrum and Chennai, has announced a Mobile Customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps to bring the Sales & Service force automation features into the mobile device by integrating with Web CRM. The mobile solution is developed for Android platform and the application trial version is available from the Android Market.

In a statement, Sebastian Daniel, Vice President, Krossark said, “Krossark Mobile CRM is an Enterprise Mobility Application for on demand CRM Market. Deploying Krossark Mobile CRM will provide employees and partners with the knowledge and tools to deliver a customer experience that will make the organisation stand out from the crowd. Using our product, employees have access to information that will help them answer enquiries and solve problems in a customer-centric manner, quickly and efficiently. The organisation will learn how to improve the customer experience at all touch points.”

The solution seamlessly synchronises with the Applications that keep the Sales & Service force updated on the latest. The application provides several features that help the field force to keep in tab of their current day activities, record events, browse, communicate with each other or search by querying the knowledge base. The application architecture is scalable and can be customised to end user needs, while the user interface can be customised to be in-sync with the corporate standards. The solutions’ primary focus is to help optimise their time spend on the field.

The company has proposed three models for licensing the Application. Phone based licence where the application will be maintained by Krossark on a SAS mode, Application Licence where the same will be hosted at customer premise or server and Project based where the company will extend the existing CRM application to Mobile / Tablet.
